  1. Hello,

Cocker spaniel's are so...cute!He is lucky to have found a good home. So, have you listened to the relaxation exercise? I did it yesterday, and it was amazing! It was truely relaxing and eased some muscle tension in my shoulders. However, I think I should find the time to do that more often.

    maria,

  2. Hello! I really like your earthy background and love your little tidbit about your dog. Sometimes dogs are like children, they really can test your nerves, but all in all they also provide comfort, love, joy and simplicity to our lives.

    Great post!

  3. I would say that at my physical wellbeing I am about 6, spiritually probably 4, and psychologically about 6 or 7. For physical aspect my goal is to exercise regularly, cut back sweets, and get some more sleep. For spiritual aspect I probably would need to get back to church, since I have moved to the States I couldn’t find a church of my liking, and for my psychological well-being I need to learn to control my stress level, try not to react with irritation or frustration to others’ people behavior.
The exercise that I can employ is the one I use to do, just work out at home with a set of routine that by the way use to help me to stay in good shape. I am not too over waited I just would like to tone up my muscles. For spiritual exercise what can be better than a reading of a bible. I have bible on Russian, so need to read it more often. Psychological exercise I guess I have to keep my emotions sustained, try to avoid stress factors, people or situations that cause an additional stress and anxiety. Try to find more time to relax and to let go all the bad emotions and experiences of the day. Hopefully that will help. Any suggestions on this one?
Well, I have competed that exercise and it was very relaxing, I enjoyed it a lot. A bit harder was to relax my mind then to relax my body. Some thoughts were constantly coming and out of my head. My dog was attacking me and my son was screaming downstairs. But I have managed to complete the exercise any way. Nest time I think I would have to luck myself up in the bathroom and forbid everyone to bother me, not sure though how to explain it to my dog, he doesn’t speak English, lol. So guys, what are your thoughts about the exercise? Please share.

  4. Svetlena,

It is hard to relax with all of that going on. I have 4 children and they keep me going!!

The excercise was nice, but I just feel that it is there for a moment and then gone almost as if it is not reality. I feel that way probably because it is awkward at this point.

    Have a wonderful day!!

  5. Hi Casey.

I understand you very well. I myself not grasping it yet, but I'm hoping that it would get better with more practice. So far it is pretty confusing and not quite clear to me what I am doing.
    Good luck to you.

    Regards,
    Svetlana Fowler.
